where is it?
- Paterno 6 is located in the rolling hills of the Le Marche region of central-eastern Italy.
- If Italy is a boot then Le Marche is in the calf area.
- This is Paterno on GoogleMaps.
- The nearest large town is Tolentino, site of the San Nicola Basilica and many factory outlet stores.

Tolentino is a small town with approximately 20,000 inhabitants, set in the Chienti valley, in the centre of Macerata province, Le Marche. Ideally situated between the Adriatic coast and the Sibillini mountains, Tolentino offers lots to do in and around the town itself, and further afield at the beaches and on the mountains. The most important places of worship are the Basilica di San Nicola and the Cattedrale di San Catervo (the patron saint of Tolentino). Tolentino has various museums (including the Museo Napoleonico and the
Museo Internazionale della Caricatura), the health spa of
Terme Santa Lucia, two shopping centres, factory outlet stores, a
theatre,
multiplex cinema and excellent restaurants and bars for sampling traditional regional cooking.
- On a clear day you can see the Adriatic sea and the Sibillini mountains are just around the corner.

Enjoy the Adriatic beaches of Civitanova Marche, Porto Potenza Picena, Porto Recanati, Porto San Elpidio, Porto San Giorgio and San Benedetto - or head inland both in winter and in summer to enjoy skiing and walking around the Sibillini Mountains - Sassotetto and Santa Maria Maddalena are the closest slopes to Paterno 6, around 45 minutes away.
